We love creating standout events and weddings as unique as your love. Our staff bring a high energy and we strive to deliver a totally bespoke service specific to your event. The Airstream can be used for many purposes within any event.
The two benches that span the middle section of the Airstream can be set up with our shelving and styling options to create a fully functional bar. This area can also be styled by the Client. We have 3 under bench fridges totalling 170 litres which are perfect for keeping wine and champagne or beer, and two deep sinks for beers to be quickly and easily served out of. The Rear of the Airstream acts as a storage room which we store extra eskis for the excess beer and bottles.
Down the other end of the Airstream there is lounge seating and also a desk that doubles as a make-up station. We are more than happy to work with you or your caterers to help create a drinks menu to match the aesthetic and energy of your party. We have the ability to cater for events both small and large whether it’s for 50 or 500 our set up allows for high traffic, high flow service using our ample bench space and rear service door.

The highly polished aluminium finish will undoubtedly complement your corporate colours, and at the same time be a major draw card catching the crowds eye. The Iconic Airstream has proven to have a very high promotional value and it has been used with great success by companies and for major events worldwide. We have travelled cross country for the past 4 years working closely with some high profile clients to create and deliver standout events. The interior can be transformed to tie in with any use. For example one of our regular clients uses custom shelving in front of our cabinets to conceal the fridges and sinks and transforms the space into a Pop Up Shop to display their apparel.
Our Shiny aluminium exterior and neutral white and stainless interior means that we can easily tie in and complement any theme for an event whether it is High end glamorous, retro, rustic or a laid back beachy vibe. For wedding photoshoots there are endless options inside and out. Whether it is the bridal party getting hair and make up done inside or or the Groom and his best men chilling out, having a few together on the lounge and interior/exterior bar (Barstools available ). Signage – Low tack vinyl signage can be applied to the exterior and certain parts of the interior. Full/Part Body wraps can be arranged through our preferred provider. We understand that for many businesses it may be hard to organise and carry out an event.
We have experience in all aspects of event planning so there is the option of outsourcing your event to our staff.
